• + an 12-week Embodied Spiritual Formation Course with Kristin Gibowicz & Katie Pearson

Participants of this contemplative course can expect:

• Coaching from Katie Pearson
• Spiritual Direction from Kristin Gibowicz
• 1 hour Live Zoom calls every Tuesday OR Thursday
  
• 1 hour each week of book & devotional reading
• 2 hours each week of yoga practices
• 40 CEUS upon completion of the course

Cost: $35 for the 1-hour workshop ONLY, OR $199 for the entire program (workshop + 12-week course)
