Cincinnati, OH Teacher Tune-Up

Teachers, we are so excited to be getting together in Cincinnati Programming will take place both Friday evening, Jan. 31st and all-day Saturday, Feb. 1st. We hope that this Tune-up will not only inspire your teaching for 2025, but also illuminate all of the beautiful yoga teachers and Christ-centered yoga class offerings in the area. In order to do that, Kristin will be leading a Saturday morning mini-retreat experience for the new year & we hope you'll invite your friends and students! We're hoping for a large group of people to enjoy morning movement, worship, reflection & community. It's an invitation to come alive heart, soul, mind, and strength in the 2025! Saturday, February 1, 2025 8:45 am - 11:30 am A Living Soul Spa: a New Year Yoga & Soul Care Workshop with Kristin Gibowicz, Founder of Living Soul Institute. and open to friends and yoga students. Expect a morning of movement, worship, reflection, and community! Come alive heart, soul, mind, and strength in 2025. Our special Living Soul Spa event is open to the public. 12:30pm - 6:00pm Teacher Tune-up Part II: Lunch, Yoga for Injury Management, Anatomical Sequencing, Illuminating the Practice w/Props, Restorative Yoga Practice (please bring your restorative props: bolster, a block, & two blankets/towels). .
